The City of Spring Hill purchased the old Saturn Corporate Headquarters building in May 2018. The vision is that the Northfield Center will become a hub for city activity to include the public library, the police department and city hall. The city has allocated approximately 50,000 square feet in the Center for a new library. Initial floor plans for the two-story facility and concept pictures are shown below. HBM Architects from Cleveland, OH is the architect of record. They have extensive experience in library design and were instrumental in the conversion of a JCPenny store in Nashville to an expanded library.
